We are seeking a skilled WTP Operator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the effective operation and maintenance of our water treatment plant, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations while delivering high-quality water.
Responsibilities- Monitor and control the operations of water treatment plant equipment and systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of water treatment facilities.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Perform chemical tests and adjustments to ensure water quality meets regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and water quality test results.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members and report to the supervisor regarding plant performance and any concerns.
- Diploma or degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in a water treatment or related field.
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes and technologies.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining water treatment plant equipment.
- Knowledge of water quality regulations and environmental compliance standards.
- Ability to perform routine analytical tests and interpret results accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
