Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing
  • Introduce and explain the company and its services toclients using a provided contact list or database.
  • Introduce and explain the company and its services to prospects with the aim of generating interest and securing meetings.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, or complaints, in a CRM and other systems.
  • Follow predefined scripts or guidelines to ensure consistent and professional communication.
  • Handle customer objections or concerns and provide appropriate solutions or information.
  • Achieve individual targets for calls made or meetings scheduled.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales or marketing teams to coordinate follow-up activities and provide feedback on customer responses.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer queries and differentiate the company's offerings.
  • Conduct surveys or gather customer feedback to assess customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards during all customer interactions.
  • Draft and send emails to all prospective clients which also includes designing email templates with compelling content and manage mailing lists.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduation / Post-graduation in any stream.
  • Proven experience in business development, customer service, or sales roles is desirable preferably with native English speaking customers / clients.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation. Hindi would be definitely a big plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
  • Persuasive and negotiation skills to influence customer behavior and close sales.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude during challenging situations.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS-Office Package) and knowledge of using Zoho CRM (would be a plus but not mandatory).
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets.
  • Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity.
  • Familiarity with software services and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information.
