Lokal App is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team and enhance the capabilities of our sales force. As a pivotal part of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that equip our sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively promote our services and engage with our local communities.
Your role will involve creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing one-on-one coaching to ensure our sales representatives are well-prepared to meet and exceed their sales targets. Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales team members.
  • Develop engaging training materials, such as presentations, workbooks, and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct role-playing exercises and simulations to enhance sales techniques.
  • Assess training needs by gathering feedback from the sales team and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training programs.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role within a sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create engaging training materials and tailor them to diverse learning styles.
  • Experience with performance metrics and the ability to analyze data to inform training strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
