Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive at our New Delhi location in Jasola Jamia Nagar. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in the customer support field, showcasing excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer queries and issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with product information, technical support, and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide comprehensive solutions.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
Meet and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.
Availability for a full-time position and willingness to work in a blended process.
Flexibility to provide face-to-face interviews at Jasola Jamia Nagar, New Delhi.
Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
Salary Package
The salary package for this position is a maximum of 25,000 INR.
