About the Role & Opportunity:

As an Assistant Manager HR, you will play a key role in supporting the department's day-to-day operations. This position fosters a positive workplace environment by focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and administrative support while ensuring alignment with the organization's values and culture.

What You'll Do
  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Develop effective hiring strategies and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
  1. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:

Ensure a seamless onboarding process, including orientation, training, and completion of necessary documentation.

Manage smooth offboarding experiences, including exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and final settlements.
  1. Employee Engagement & Retention:

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by driving engagement initiatives and retention strategies.

Organize team-building activities, events, and celebrations to enhance morale and connection.
  1. Employee Relations & Compliance:

Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a supportive workplace.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while keeping accurate employee records.
  1. Performance Management:

Support the performance review process and facilitate the implementation of feedback.

Partner with managers to identify training needs and coordinate relevant learning and development programs.
  1. HR Metrics and Reporting:

Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Prepare and present regular reports on key HR performance indicators.
  1. Process Improvement and Automation:

Continuously review and refine HR processes to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR process automation and system upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years focused on core recruitment.

Skills:

  1. Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting data and providing actionable insights.
  4. Effective organizational and problem-solving skills.
