Job Description
Overall cleanliness, sanitation, maintenance as per the standard specifications and procedures laid down by the Management for the entire club inclusive of the guest rooms, public areas, back areas, etc.
Accountable for following standard cleaning procedures as well as ensuring that the standard cleaning procedures are followed as per specifications throughout the entire club keeping in mind the principal of Quality Assurance through Quality Cleaning and prompt service delivery.
Overall well being of the guests in the club in terms of room as a product sold to the guests and ensuring quality services being provided to the guests for all the facilities utilized by the guests in terms of operational aspects of the House Keeping Department.
Maintaining professional relationship and liaison through intra and inter-departmental co-ordination for the well being of the guests and the employees alike.
Accountable for upkeep, maintenance, proper & optimum usage of all equipment, linen, uniform, etc which are being used by the House Keeping department to provide basic facilities to the guests as well as for those being used by other departments and the employees of the club with the assistance of or from the House Keeping department.
Accountable for controlling and monitoring of energy consumption in the guest rooms, floors, public areas and back areas of the club whenever on shift.
Accountable for smooth operation of the department as a whole by rendering total assistance to all the seniors as well as the juniors of the department in terms of providing quality service to the guests as well as other user departments of the club with least possible delay.
Accountable for proper and necessary feedback to the Regional Executive House Keeper and the House Keeping Executive on all issues governing the particular floor assigned to him as well as any other area of operation that has been assigned through the Floor Supervisors.
