Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager at Gofar Group in Chennai. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, marketing strategies, web analytics, and overall digital marketing initiatives.

- 1. Developing and Executing Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads or sales.
- SEO and SEM Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to improve search engine rankings.
- Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, emails, and websites to attract and retain a targeted audience.
- Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media strategies, manage platforms, engage with audiences, and analyze the performance of social content.
- Email Marketing: Create and send out newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated emails to maintain communication with customers and prospects.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Use analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to track and report on campaign performance, user behavior, and marketing ROI.
- Advertising and Paid Media: Plan and manage online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc., to reach specific target audiences.
- Website Management: Optimize landing pages, maintain website updates, and ensure a user-friendly experience.
- Market and Competitor Research: Analyze market trends and competitors online strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to track leads, automate marketing processes, and improve customer retention.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work with content creators, designers, and other departments to align strategies with overall business goals.
- Staying Updated on Trends: Keep up with industry trends, algorithm changes, new tools, and digital marketing best practices to stay competitive.
