Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
What You'll Do:
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with experience identifying top talent for niche positions across different departments. As part of our talent acquisition team, you find top talent.
You will Guide candidates through our recruiting process and partnering with hiring leaders to help build their teams. You are enthusiastic and driven, which allows you to develop meaning relationships. You are systems experienced and passionate about improving our recruiting process.You will Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing, checking references, salary negotiations, job file maintenance, offer extension and closing candidates.
The ideal candidate shows their expertise by sharing recruiting best practices, engaging experienced talent while setting time to fill expectations based on data. This is an Individual contributor role.

You will be Reporting to Manager - Talent Acquisition.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- You will Partner with Hiring Leaders to develop a complete understanding of each opening.
- You will Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing, checking references, salary negotiations, job file maintenance, offer extension and closing candidates.
- You will Identify passive candidates using intricate Boolean searches, user groups, and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, and our ATS
- You are passionate about social media and experienced internet research with active profiles on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- You will build a pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for
- Focus & lead on Diversity identification, sourcing, and attraction
- Proactively research and produce new/creative sourcing ideas for filling challenging positions by using knowledge of current sourcing practices and trends
- Establish relationship with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruiting lifecycle
What You'll Need to be Successful:
- 8+ years working in a technical focused full life cycle client-facing recruiting environment.
- Previous experience recruiting in a high-tech environment across different departments
- Experience with hiring for and from Big4 will be preferred
- Preferably Previous experience with iCIMS ATS
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process
