Our client is a fund focused on investing in tech and IP-led businesses, backed by Large LPs. The fund invests in early stage and growing startups that are rooted in science and technology at pre-seed, seed and series A stage.

Job Description

Portfolio Monitoring and Support:

• Track the financial performance of portfolio companies.
• Collaborate with founders on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Assist in cost optimization and ensure efficient use of resources.

Risk Management:

• Identify risks related to compliance, business operations, and financial health.
• Ensure timely audits and adherence to financial and operational standards.
• Finance Business Partnering:
• Act as a liaison between fund management and founders of portfolio companies.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to drive sustainable growth.

Compliance and Governance:

• Oversee the implementation of robust processes within portfolio companies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with internal and senior stakeholders to address challenges and implement solutions.
• Build strong relationships with founders and the broader ecosystem.

• Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience in Big 4s (FDD/Audit/FP&A/Valuations)
• Education Qualification: Strong academic background (Graduate + CA)
• Only Qualified CAs to apply
• Sector Outlook: Agnostic
• Excellent communication skills and complete proficiency with MS-Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint
