We are seeking a skilled F&B Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the food and beverage industry in India. The F&B Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards and fire safety regulations
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Assisting in the development and implementation of new menus and promotions
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee schedules
• Training new employees and providing ongoing coaching and support to existing staff

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field
• 0-4 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation techniques
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
