We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Vice Presidentto lead our service delivery and digital transformation efforts for manufacturing clients.
This role will focus on two key areas:
- Service Delivery Leadership for RM&D Operations:
Provide leadership to all remote monitoring and diagnostic (RM&D)
operations in India for manufacturing clients.
Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on continuous improvement,people leadership and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Drive innovation, solutioning, and presales efforts to grow the RM&D
portfolio.- Digital Leader for Automation and Digitization:
Lead and drive automation and digitization efforts across aftermarket
services and supply chain operations for manufacturing clients.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance digital transformation and
generate incremental productivity within global teams engaged in
operations.
Responsibilities- Lead RM&D operations, ensuring high standards of performance and service
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging digital tools and technologies to
- Generate incremental productivity within global teams by implementing effective
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the organization at the
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting professional
growth and development.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills- Computer science or engineering degree is a must.
- Prior experience running complex 24/7 product monitoring helpdesks or remote
- Digital transformation experience is essential.
- Experience with analytics development to enhance alerting capabilities within
- Managing client experience is a must.
- Prior people leadership experience is essential.
- Experience with the whole automation suite, including technologies like Python,
- Experience in solutioning and new capability development is a plus
