Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers for Loan calling to join our team at Foxhog Ventures Corp. The position is open to freshers with a maximum of 1 year of experience. This is a full-time role based in Delhi, Noida, or Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and an interest in telecalling and telemarketing.

• Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of relevant technology and products
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management software

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the company's products or services
• Answering questions about products or the company
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Maintaining customer information in the database
• Handling grievances and resolving customer complaints to ensure satisfaction
• Following up on prospects and updating sales status
• Achieving the telecalling targets set by the company
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
