Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS & Business Operations Analyst to join our Founder&aposs Office team. You will handle financial operations, payment reconciliation, MIS reporting, and actively track company-wide reporting, ensuring team accountability towards achieving set OKRs & KPIs .Reporting directly to the founder, you&aposll highlight inconsistencies, ensure transparency, and drive operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and enhance MIS dashboards focusing on revenue, payments, and reconciliations.
- Conduct detailed payment reconciliations across Razorpay, Stripe, internal platform records, and bank statements.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, promptly investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Regularly track and monitor company OKRs, ensuring all departments report timely and accurately.
- Identify delays, reporting inconsistencies, or inaccuracies, and escalate them directly to the founder.
- Provide operational support on special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with finance, operations, product, and leadership teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in MIS, financial reconciliation, or business operations roles.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic macros/formulas).
- Hands-on experience with payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe) and reconciliation processes.
- Ability to manage and ensure adherence to reporting processes and timelines.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to escalate concerns directly to senior management.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Prior experience in SaaS, fintech, or fast-paced startup environments.
- Experience with BI tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of subscription-based metrics (MRR, ARR, Churn).
