This is an operational role responsible for pre-sales order processing and assisting the sales team during any escalations with respect to the processing. Responsible for delivering results that have a direct impact on day-to-day operations and capable of instructing professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken by these roles.
Responsibilities
Manage the process for COF (Customer Order Form) creation, order processing within the timelines from initiating the order request to realizing the revenue.Manage all escalations by the stakeholders involved in the process.
Assign and ensuring that all customer contracts are countersigned, and customer inventories maintained.
Work with Billing Team to ensure invoices are produced correctly a revenue realized on time.
Work with collections and customers in resolving credit disputes.
Determining the ways to reduce the credits provided to customers
Prepare information to Internal Auditors, External Auditors and Tax teams as required, and ensuring processes are followed for SOX compliance.
