Job Description:

This role requires a strong understanding of SAP ERP solutions, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Lead SAP projects from initiation to closure, managing scope, timeline, and resources.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure project goals align with business requirements.

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and project teams.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure client satisfaction through project lifecycle and address concerns proactively.

1. Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and manage any project issues effectively.
• Implement risk management plans and escalate critical issues to leadership as necessary.

1. Team Leadership and Coordination:

• Lead cross-functional project teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and end-users.
• Allocate resources and manage workloads to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

1. Quality Assurance and Documentation:

• Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
• Oversee project documentation, including project charters, functional/technical specifications, and testing scripts.
• Manage project handover and knowledge transfer to support teams.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing SAP projects.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, etc.).
• Experience in managing full-cycle SAP implementation projects is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration points.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
