  • Have 3-7 years of successful international B2B sales experience, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrate analytical capabilities to identify and act on market opportunities.

Your Role And Responsibilities

Middle-of-the-Funnel Activities
  • Qualify Deals:
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize client opportunities in the international utility market.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and future requirements.
  • Build Relationships:
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Create and implement strategies to deepen client engagement.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Bynry's value proposition.
  • Post-Demo Engagement:
  • Manage RFP/RFI responses and guide prospects through the evaluation process.
Bottom-of-the-Funnel Activities
  • Contract Preparation:
  • Lead the negotiation of contracts and agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes for both Bynry and the client.
  • Secure budget approvals and finalize deal terms.
  • Close Deals:
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Facilitate seamless account transitions to the Customer Success Management (CSM) team for ongoing management.
  • Reporting and Insights:
  • Track key sales metrics and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Share insights and reports with leadership to inform strategy and decision-making.
