Job Description- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven chatbots and conversational interfaces using the Kore AI platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, build chatbot flows, and integrate AI solutions with back-end systems and APIs.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, including testing, debugging, and optimizing chatbot performance for improved user experience.
- Analyze user interaction data to identify opportunities for enhancements and continuous improvements to chatbot functionalities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Kore AI features, tools, and industry best practices, driving innovation and ensuring high-quality chatbot deployments.
Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.2. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance.3. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities.5. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.
Primary Skils- Proficient in developing AI-driven chatbots using the Kore AI platform and integrating with various business systems.
- Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and conversational AI concepts for creating intelligent chatbot interactions.
- Experience with API integrations and connecting chatbots to external systems, CRMs, and databases.
- Expertise in debugging, testing, and optimizing chatbots to ensure high performance and seamless user experience.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to monitor and enhance chatbot performance based on user interactions and feedback.
