We are looking for: A self-driven and expert Salesforce Marketing Automation Specialist with experience of minimum 3 years who is passionate about his/her work, eager to learn and grow, and committed to delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) /Pardot Expertise
  • Implement, structure and administer Salesforce marketing cloud/Salesforce Pardot to automate the marketing operations
  • MarTech Stack Management: Optimize CRM, email marketing, social media tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Design integrations and custom features in the Marketing Automation platform if required to achieve Marketing goals together with technical specialists
  1. Lead Generation & Nurturing:
  • Develop and execute marketing automation strategies, targeted email marketing programs, lead nurturing strategies, and lead scoring models to convert prospects into customers.
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and ROI.
  1. Multi-Channel Campaign Management:
  • Take ownership in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across
various channels, including email, social media, digital/content marketing and paid ads, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Support marketing operations initiatives like lead lifecycle management, segmentation, and data cleansing.
  1. Data Management & Segmentation:
  • Oversee segmentation of marketing lists and ensure the marketing database is properly maintained and updated to target the right audience.
  • Continuously analyze and evaluate campaign metrics and provide performance reports to the marketing and sales teams.
  1. Buyers’ Journey Development:
  • Map and analyze the buyers’ journey to create targeted content and marketing assets that resonate with different audience segments.
  • Identify and implement strategies to enhance engagement and drive leads through each stage of the journey
  1. Marketing Automation:
  • Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to nurture leads through targeted campaigns.
  • Manage and enhance marketing workflows, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and effective in driving conversions.
  1. Funnel Optimization and Workflows:
  • Utilize a solid understanding of the sales and marketing funnel to identify and address bottlenecks in the conversion process.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  1. AI Integration Expertise:
  • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to streamline content creation, automate tasks, and enhance the overall efficiency of marketing workflows.
  1. Content Operations:
  • Oversee content creation, approval workflows, and distribution to ensure timely and consistent delivery.
  • Work closely with a graphic designer for the designing marketing assets for digital marketing
  1. Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze marketing automation metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign ROI. Provide detailed reporting and strategic recommendations for improving campaigns.

Technical Expertise:

Must have skills required: Proficiency in marketing automation platform Sales Force Marketing Cloud/Pardot with a strong working knowledge of Marketing Automation and CRM Integration, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SFMC Automation Studio, SFMC Email Studio, SFMC Journey Builder, API-based data processing, Content Builder, Salesforce CRM, HTML, CSS and database management concepts,

Good to have skills: CRM systems management, Google Analytics (360), SEO/SEM, Paid ads, LinkedIn Marketing, Zendesk and Salesforce Marketplace marketing, Project Management, AI proficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing technology role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
