Place of Work: Mumbai / Noida / Hyderabad

• An Operations Manager will be mapped to 2 or more PODs of a product & will look after the end to end login & disbursal activities for all their respective PODs. In addition to this, the candidate will have to manage direct reportees mapped to each POD & will track the performance across metrics.

• Candidate will be mapped to 2 or more PODs of the same product for login & disbursal activities for all the respective PODs
• Team management of FTE's mapped to each POD & will track the performance across parameters for all the PODs the candidate is mapped to.
• Key area of operations being Loan Disbursal, candidate would be required to learn & deliver process around Disbursals for multiple products.
• Candidate will have to manage all respective Hub executives across PODs & ensure the TAT & FTR% targets are met & high quality is maintained.
• Closely observe critical and non-critical errors in day-to-day operations across the POD and escalate to senior stakeholders, if required.

• Ensure high productivity of the Hub executive of respective POD
• Efficient coordination with multiple stakeholders for resolving any issues for the POD members
• Suggest initiatives for efficiency improvement for POD members
• Daily interface with vendors for effective resource planning.

• TAT parameters for the respective product
• POD FTR% of files processed
• Quality of the files being disbursed (self booking & team booking)
• Audit & Compliance parameters.
