Job Description
Zeta is on a look out for an HR leader in Hyderabad who can work towards developing and implementing HR processes and initiatives. What is the Job like- Work with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan that is built for scale, keeping the business environment and priorities.
- Responsible for setting up people operations - guidelines, process and practices for the banking operations division.
- Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Be a culture evangelist and ensure that decisions, processes, and practices align with the culture map.
- Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue. Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
- Leverage data to solve strategic to tactical related people problems.
- Own the people plan and drive outcomes through a strong partnership with Talent Acquisition, Employer branding and engagement, Rewards, and L&D team.
- Coach and mentor different stakeholders right from giving strategic coaching to executives to helping employees plan their career path.
- Team composition - BPHR & HR Generalist
- You are an HR thought leader with strong conceptual knowledge of HR disciplines - career management, coaching and mentoring, performance management, employee engagement, recognition programs, and strategic development.
- 10+ years of HR business partnering or generalist experience supporting leaders in the banking or financial services sector.
- You have experience in setting up practices and policies for operations teams from scratch.
- You should be an excellent communicator and should be able to articulate your thoughts in a simple and understandable manner in order to translate that into key decisions and action items.
- You can take people-related decisions independently.
- You are passionate about innovative HR solutions and process improvement.
- You have coached and mentored at the leadership level.
- Strong design sensibility around programs and practices to impact employee experience and optimize cost.
- You are data-driven and comfortable with numbers.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking.
- You should be extremely analytical with the ability to collect, weigh, and analyze data.
- You should be able to draw trends and see what it means to business objectives and influence management decisions.
