OPERATIONS MANAGER Retail Pharmacy & Quick Commerce

Other responsibilities include corresponding with customers/ patients to address queries and concerns.

Responsibilities for Operations Manager

Employees, Training & Induction

Oversees the operations of the Taskar healthcare mall.

Make sure that customers are prescribed the correct medicine

Ensure the pharmacy complies with all regulations

Communicate effectively with customers relating to queries and issues

Ensure staff provide high standards of customer service to customers

Assist in the onboarding process of new hires

Train staff in prioritizing customer orders and delivering them efficiently

Instruct staff to interact professionally and courteously to customers at all times.

Taskar Healthcare Mall has various departments and big product SKU & categories hence the Operations Manager should have deep knowledge of all 25+ Categories that includes not just medicines

but also organic, wellness, surgical, pet's & various other health related new launched products across the world.

Health Camp

Weekly health camp should be organised on every sunday. Prior branding, awareness campaigns should be run. Atleast 50+ people should come in health camp, same pictures & videos should be posted at social handles of company with help of graphic designer & social media team.

Medino's Quick Commerce Meds in 30 minutes or Free

Operations manager should focus on Home Delivery Orders, Our 20% sell should come from store visitors & 80% sell should come from Home Deliveries to ensure this operations manager will have to

work really hard to ensure every visitor's data is properly saved in system, cell phone & everyday offers & schemes are sent to each existing customer.
