Program Manager - GSF, GSF SC

We are hiring Program Manager to run complex and cross functional supply chain projects. This role is a part of the centralized supply chain planning function for GSF Operations in India. The incumbent will drive capacity planning charter for GSF business.
We are looking for individuals with proven ability to drive process improvements & ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline driven environment. The individual should have a can-do attitude and an ability to solve problems independently with limited guidance.
Responsibility
The incumbent will own the following -
- 3+ years of program or project management experience

The individual should have a can-do attitude and an ability to solve problems independently with limited guidance.
Your role will involve managing operational metrics, lead continuous improvement process and cost initiatives and plan for new launches in network. This role involves streamlining current processes, develop automated solutions and efficiency improvement initiatives.
Key job responsibilitiesResponsibility
The incumbent will own the following -
- They will be responsible for working with category, finance, Operations team, Instock managers and other Amazon teams to drive the capacity planning drumbeat and cadence to balance cost and SWOOS
- The incumbent will be responsible for driving improvement in cube planning by deep diving into the reasons, develop mechanisms to track and improve the SWOOS
- The incumbent will drive the adoption of capacity planning tool and improve the accuracy
- They will track the key metrics of the capacity planning process and drive efficiency and improvement along with stakeholders.
- They will liaise across functions to drive their project and help clear issues and bottlenecks.
- They will work with technology teams to scope out and drive any tech changes that are needed
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
