Role Overview
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will drive the company&aposs India operations, lead all functional departments, and ensure sustainable business growth. The incumbent must have a proven track record in sales or operations within the security services industry and should have successfully managed business units, SBU, or India operations in a structured environment.The role requires a technology-savvy leader with a strategic vision to expand the business while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company&aposs vision, mission, and long-term business strategy in alignment with industry trends and company objectives.
- Business Growth & Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share, enhance client retention, and drive revenue growth across India.
- Sales & Client Management: Build strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Lead business development efforts to secure new contracts.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize security operations, workforce management, and service delivery across all regions.
- Technology & Innovation: Drive digital transformation and operational efficiencies by adopting modern security technologies and automation tools.
- P&L Management: Take ownership of the company&aposs financial performance, ensuring revenue targets, profitability, and cost controls.
- People & Leadership Development: Lead and mentor senior management, fostering a high-performance work culture and succession planning.
- Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all industry regulations, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
- Experience: At least 16 years in the security services industry with a background in sales or operations in a structured company.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing business units, SBU, or national operations.
- Technology-Savvy: Hands-on experience in leveraging technology for business efficiency and operational excellence.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the security industry landscape, pricing strategies, and service delivery models.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills.
- Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
- Relocation: Candidates from outside Gurgaon must be willing to relocate.
- Prior experience in a CXO or Senior Leadership role in a security services or Facility Management firm.
- Demonstrated success in scaling business operations and driving revenue growth.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
Education
Must be a graduate with management qualification. People with Army or Civil background bith fits in
