Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Transorion Logistics Services Pvt. Ltd. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your main duties will include greeting and welcoming guests, answering phone calls, directing calls to appropriate departments or individuals, and providing administrative support across the organization.

Qualifications And Skills
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to relevant departments or individuals
  • Provide accurate information to guests and answer inquiries about our company
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Monitor and manage visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier packages
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
