Job Overview

RecroconX Technologies is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team. This full-time, remote internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources across multiple locations, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Navi Mumbai, Delhi, and Indore.

Ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience, the internship will involve a range of HR functions, providing valuable exposure and skill development in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications And Skills
  • Recruitment (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to understand job requirements and source candidates effectively.
  • Data Entry (Mandatory skill): Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Attention to Detail (Mandatory skill): A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all HR documentation and processes.
  • Onboarding: Familiarity with onboarding processes and the ability to facilitate a smooth transition for new employees.
  • HRIS: Basic understanding of Human Resource Information Systems and how they are used within an organization.
  • Employee Relations: Good relationship management skills to foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and candidates.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to prepare reports and presentations.
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating candidate logistics.
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records of employee information and HR activities.
  • Support the onboarding process, helping to integrate new hires into the company culture seamlessly.
  • Utilize HRIS software to manage employee data and generate necessary HR reports.
  • Facilitate communication between HR team and employees, addressing queries and providing necessary support.
  • Participate in employee relations activities, contributing to a positive and engaged workforce.
  • Assist in organizing and executing HR events and company activities, promoting team building and morale.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems, providing ideas and feedback.
