Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations.If you are passionate about people management and eager to gain practical HR experience, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
- Help organize HR events, engagement activities, and training sessions.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and reports.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries and tasks.
- Handle HR administrative tasks such as updating databases and preparing reports.
- Support performance management and feedback collection processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and labor laws is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and a team player.
