About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate MUST have a strong track record of selling SaaS products or IT solution, coupled with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from home and the office while focusing on driving growth in the USA markets.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify, target, and generate leads in the SaaS and IT services domains, specifically in the USA regions.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, focusing on ServiceNow related services.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the USA CEO to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
Qualifications
Key Requirements- 4-6 years of experience in selling SaaS product based - Consulting / Development / Staffing or related servicesto global clients (USAmarkets preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. (>$2M USD)
- Must have exposure or experience of handling a sales target of over $2M USD.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, IRMGRC, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, related products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Any Bachelor's degree | We prefer person with proven success
- On need basis US - Travel for Events / Client Meet expected
NOTE: Preference will be given to those who can join by 15th Jan 2025.
