Job Summary:

This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals with our US-based clients for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Duties:

• In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws concerning the US market.
• Experience in building the talent pool for the US IT department of the company.
• Must be comfortable working in EST and PST shifts.
• Experience in recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders and H-1B.
• Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H-1B, E3, and TN.
• Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
• Strong understanding of technical requirements.
• Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
• Should be self-motivated as well as ateam player.
• The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
• Should have excellent oral and writtencommunication skillsas well as the ability to network in order to build an exemplary IT department for the company.
• Proficient in English.
• Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
• Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
• Work on strategic global hiring programs.
• Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
• Procure people for different IT Requirements.
• Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.
• Personally, conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
• In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company's growth perspective in mind.
• Keeping abreast of the industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in a staffing agency or consultancy environment focusing on US staffing.

Proven track record of successfully placing IT professionals in various roles (e.g., developers, system administrators, network engineers, etc.).

Skills:

Strong understanding of IT terminologies and technologies.

Solid Knowledge of tax terms C2C/W2 and 1099 for an experienced person.

Knowledge of US maps and time zones.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work US business hours to accommodate different time zones and client requirements.

Familiarity with US employment laws and regulations is a plus.
