As aVolunteer Coordinator, you will play a vital role in fostering and managing our volunteer base, amplifying our mission to create awareness and recruit donors. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard volunteers for various DATRI initiatives.
• Conduct orientation sessions to educate volunteers about DATRI's mission, values, and processes.

• Coordinate and assign tasks to volunteers during awareness drives, registration camps, and other events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers, addressing their queries and concerns.
• Foster a positive and engaging environment to retain and motivate volunteers.

• Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to organize campaigns, donor drives, and community outreach programs.
• Ensure adequate volunteer support and resources for successful execution of events.

• Conduct periodic training sessions to enhance volunteer effectiveness.
• Provide feedback to volunteers and recognize their contributions through appreciation programs.

• Maintain accurate records of volunteer activities, hours and NDA's.
• Prepare reports on volunteer engagement and event participation metrics.

• 1+ years of experience in volunteer coordination, event management, or a similar role (preferred).
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for social causes and a commitment to DATRI's mission.
• Proficiency in data management and knowledge of CRM tools for managing volunteer data effectively.
