In this rolethey need to Ensure100% adherence to SOPs/Update trackers, update dissemination, error root cause analysis, training needs identification, planning and conducting refreshers, knowledge assessments
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership for New Hire Training & Knowledge Management
- Timely & effective pre- process & process trainings
- Ensure100% adherence to SOPs/Update trackers, update dissemination, error root cause analysis, training needs identification, planning and conducting refreshers, knowledge assessments
- Adherence to Genpact business training common minimum practices
- Daily touch points with process trainers, SME to effectively drive knowledge management and people development practices
- Maintain key records like working files, email for reference and audit purpose
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Any graduate except B. Tech and Technical Graduation & Law
- Relevant experience in Customer Service & Claims backend operations experience in Life Insurance
- Preferred-prior Transitions/ knowledge transfer experience/engagement to enable smooth knowledge capture/ transfer
Preferred skills:
- Proven work experience preferred in Customer Service backend operations experience in Life Insurance
- Excellent Interpersonal skills!
- Proactive communication & High analytical skills! - should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data
