- Provide voice support for service desk operations.
- Resolve client issues by accurately interpreting and designing solutions based on product knowledge.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve system performance.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation efforts.
- Assist in training new team members.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Service Desk Voice Support.
- Strong understanding of IT service desk operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
- Experience in providing voice support for service desk operations.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
