Job Description

Position: Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Audit and Assurance:

• Plan, execute, and manage statutory, internal, and tax audits for clients.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Document audit findings and recommend improvements to client processes.

1. Taxation and Compliance:

• Manage direct and indirect tax matters, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
• Provide advisory services on tax planning and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and advise clients accordingly.

1. Financial Advisory and Reporting:

• Prepare and review financial statements in adherence to Indian accounting standards.
• Offer insights on budgeting, financial forecasting, and risk management.

1. Client Relations:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide strategic advice to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

1. Team Collaboration and Leadership:

• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless client services.

Key Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 3-8 years of relevant experience in auditing, taxation, or financial consulting.
• Proficient in financial tools and software, including Tally, SAP, and MS Excel.
• Must have worked in a firm or a qualified company before.
