Job Title: Chat support executive/CSRLocation: Gandhinagar (Infocity)
Shift Timing: - US Shift (8 PM IST 5:30 AM IST)
Experience: - 1+ Years (Fresher can apply)
Job Descriptions
Prior experience with customer service/call centers/BPO/KPO in relevant job roles
Excellent communication skills (Both Written & Verbal)
Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office based applications
Ability to work on data and generate various types of reports/ad-hoc reports with tight deadlines
Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns effectively.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve concern efficiently.
Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
