Job Summary

This role requires advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and a strong understanding of industry-specific solutions. Salesforce Architect-level certifications are highly desirable.

• Solution Architecture:
• Design and architect scalable, high-performance solutions leveraging OmniStudio and Vlocity capabilities.
• Define best practices and guidelines for implementing solutions to meet business needs and technical requirements.
• Engagement Leadership:
• Lead multiple engagements where OmniStudio and Vlocity are utilized, ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions.
• Technical Expertise in OmniStudio & Vlocity:
• Drive the effective use of OmniStudio tools such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
• Leverage Vlocity's industry-specific solutions to deliver business value for industries like Communications, Insurance, and Utilities.
• Salesforce Platform Expertise:
• Ensure seamless integration of OmniStudio and Vlocity components within the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
• Utilize Salesforce capabilities such as Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and APIs to complement OmniStudio and Vlocity solutions.
• Governance and Standards:
• Establish solution governance processes and maintain architectural standards for OmniStudio and Vlocity implementations.
• Document and maintain architectural artifacts, including design blueprints, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay current with Salesforce and Vlocity updates, releases, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Provide recommendations for enhancing existing processes and solutions.
• Mentorship and Leadership:
• Mentor and guide development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, offering technical expertise and strategic insights.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution delivery, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce OmniStudio and Vlocity.
• Technical Expertise:
• Advanced knowledge of OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
• In-depth experience with Vlocity's industry-specific solutions for sectors such as Communications, Media, and Energy.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and API integrations.
• Understanding of integration patterns, data migration strategies, and Salesforce DevOps practices.
• Certifications:
• Salesforce Architect-level certifications (e.g., System Architect, Application Architect, or Certified Technical Architect) are highly desirable.
• OmniStudio Developer or Consultant certifications are a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Outstanding communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
