Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Risk Technology Delivery Manager!
In this role, the candidate will provide technical leadership and support in the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement ofActimize solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) and compliance processes, as well as a strong technical expertisein Actimize implementation.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of technology solutions from Financial Crime Risk domain, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee the implementation phases from requirements and design to implementation and testing and ensure they meet specific business needs, align with industry best practices and quality standards.
- Supervise delivery teamswith diverse skillset, provide guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements, set project goals, and communicate progress.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Actimize solutions and understand their role in maintaining compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, and deployment guides.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills- Bachelor&rsquos degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Must have many years of experience as Delivery Lead or similar role.
- Financial Crime Risk domain knowledge
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is highly desirable.
