Job Summary:

Faspi Enterprises Private Limited, a leading IT company, is looking for a Quality Control Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in software development, identifying defects, and improving testing processes to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes for software development.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs and performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance software quality.
• Maintain detailed records of test cases, bug reports, and corrective actions.
• Implement and monitor software testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Train development teams on best practices in software quality assurance.
• Assist in software audits and code reviews.
• Continuously work on improving testing strategies and automation frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or software testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Familiarity with software development processes (Agile, Scrum).
• Proficiency in bug-tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with development and testing teams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT/software product testing.
• Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or similar.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
