• Showcase diverse portfolio: branding, marketing, web, mobile designs.
• Eagerness to learn new software tools and technologies.

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and AI tools.
• Experience with project management software: Asana, Trello, Jira.
• Familiarity with interactive design tools: Adobe XD, Figma, InVision.
• Knowledge of color management tools: Pantone Color Manager, X-Rite.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence.
• Agency experience in advertising or digital marketing.
• Very high Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for high-quality work.
