Bachelor's degree in BCA or BSc Computer Science with 1-2 years of relevant technical support experience.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English verbal communication.
  • Sound knowledge of computer hardware.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and logical thinking.
  • Customer-centric mindset with empathy.
  • Multitasking capabilities and quick issue resolution.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting hardware, networking, and OS queries remotely.
  • Utilization of tools and telephony for efficient support.
  • Possibility of recommending products or services to resolve customer issues.
  • Strong CRM skills and customer-first approach.
  • Additional technical certifications like A+, N+, MCSA, MCSE are advantageous.

Key skill

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Background in PC support and voice-based customer assistance.
  • Required experience: 2 to 4 years.
