Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by generating qualified opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline through a blend of outbound and inbound prospecting activities. Your efforts will focus on identifying key decision-makers, understanding their challenges, and connecting them with our solutions to drive meaningful engagement and business value.

Qualification
  1. 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Prior experience as a BDR in a SaaS environment.

Proficiency with CRM systems, sales prospecting, and enablement tools.

Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across sales development, marketing, and sales teams.

Excellent listening, conversation, and presentation skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate sales-qualified opportunities by executing a strategic mix of outbound prospecting and inbound lead nurturing.

Conduct thorough account mapping and source qualified leads that align with our ideal customer personas.

Perform detailed account research to set data-driven, tailored engagement strategies for every interaction.

Leverage phone, email, social media, and other communication channels to introduce our products and services to potential buyers in target markets.

Analyze prospect needs and identify how AppICE can address their engagement and retention challenges.

Identify key decision-makers and influencers, evaluate budgets, and assess timelines for decision-making.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups, nurturing them through the sales funnel.

Collaborate with the marketing team to convert inbound leads for handoff to sales.

Partner with the Sales team to consistently grow the sales pipeline and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets, along with other KPIs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged and dashboards are well-maintained.

Share and adopt best practices across teams to continuously improve processes and drive success.
