The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the travel industry, with a strong understanding of travel planning and customer service.This role involves assisting clients in creating unforgettable travel experiences while ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Responsibilities- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and tours.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel regulations, and local attractions.
- Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the travel process.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best deals for clients.
- Keep up-to-date with travel trends, industry changes, and new destinations to provide informed recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Travel Agent or Tour Operator with 2-4 years in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with travel regulations, visa requirements, and insurance options.
