Network Security

• Manage, configure, and maintain FortiGate Firewalls for inbound and outbound traffic filtering, including access control, VPN, and security policies.
• Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 switches in enterprise environments, including VLANs, STP, and link aggregation.

• Configure and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) networking components, including Network Security Groups (NSGs), Load Balancers, and Ingress/Egress Rules.
• Assist in the setup of OCI Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs) and subnets to ensure secure and optimized cloud connectivity.
• Troubleshoot network issues within OCI environments, including connectivity issues, routing, and load balancing.

• Deployment and monitoring of firewall rules, ACLs, and security policies to protect the network from external and internal threats.
• Monitor and analyze network traffic for potential security breaches or anomalies.
• Perform regular health checks and security audits to ensure compliance with internal

security policies and industry best practices.

• Troubleshoot network-related issues involving FortiGate Firewalls, switches, routing, and OCI network configurations.
• Respond to and resolve escalated network-related incidents promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and other teams to investigate and resolve complex network issues.

• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for all network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
