Investment Relationship Manager
KRAs:
- Developing and managing banking relationships with a select group of customers who are part of theportfolio mapped for their Financial Planning, Insurance and Investment Requirements.
- Ensureshighlevelsofcustomerserviceorientationandapplicationofbankpolicy.
- Informscustomersofnewproductsorproductenhancementstofurtherexpandthebanking relationship.
- Plansand conducts specialsales initiativesandevents for prospectiveandexistingclients.
- Coordinateswithother groupcompanies toprovideseamlessaccesstoother products.
- Maintainscompleterelationshiprecordfor assignedcustomeraccounts.
- Trackscustomercomplaints/queriesandturnaroundtimesforcustomer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Product Knowledge in LI, GI and Mutual Fund Products.
- IRDA and AMFI Certification Employees will be preferred
- Graduate:3-5yearsofexperience
- PostGraduate:2-3yearsofexperience
