Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Commissioning:
Oversee the installation of STP, ETP, WTP, RO, and MLD systems, ensuring compliance with
design specifications and project requirements.
Conduct pre-commissioning checks and ensure all components are installed correctly and
functioning properly.
Perform system start-up, testing, and commissioning activities, including calibration of
instruments and control systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation and commissioning.
Project Management:
Coordinate with project managers, design engineers, and contractors to ensure timely
completion of projects.
Prepare and review project documentation, including installation manuals, commissioning
plans, and as-built drawings.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Ensure all work complies with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and
project specifications.
Maintain accurate records of installation and commissioning activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in the installation and commissioning of STP, ETP, WTP, RO,and MLD systems.
Knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, and PLC programming is an advantage.
