Data Engineer

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

You will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing large datasets to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing.
• Create and manage data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow.
• Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data across systems.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by performing data cleaning and validation.
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for improved performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data engineering.
• Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Big Data Analysis Tool and Techniques.
• Experience with data processing frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, or Flink.
• Strong understanding of distributed computing principles.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with data streaming technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Big Data Analysis Tool and Techniques.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
