Responsible for:
Works to improve an organization's market position and achieve financial growth.
Maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Key Customers / Stakeholders:
Soft Suave Clients, CTO, Business Development Manager, Software Developers, Business Analyst.
Purpose:
To work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential clients
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
- Business Intelligence - Knowing all about your business services and products and knowing everything about your competition, which will provide the leverage needed to surpass the competitor.
Key Responsibilities :
New Business Development :
1 . Initiate the identification and pursuit of new business prospects through networking, referrals, and cold calling.- Establish and sustain a robust pipeline of potential clients and projects.
- Craft and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, negotiating and finalizing deals with favorable terms for the company.
Team Handling:
- Provide guidance and support to newcomers, offering mentorship as needed.
- Document comprehensive reports on the calls, emails, and connections generated during the calling process.
- Validate assigned leads and escalate issues as deemed necessary.
- Assume responsibility for handling escalation calls on behalf of junior team members.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, discern market trends, and analyze competitors.
- Evaluate data and industry reports to derive insights and uncover business opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry news, regulations, and emerging technologies through continuous monitoring.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, such as development, project management, and finance, to ensure flawless project execution.
- Coordinate with technical experts to provide clients with necessary technical support and expertise.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and advocate for the company services.
Reports:
- Maintain well-organized, current, and accurate sales information and activity reports.
- Supply precise and timely information as required by higher management.
- Collaborate closely with the Legal, Compliance, and Technical teams within the company to ensure successful deal closure and client onboarding.
