Presales Solutions Architect

Job Description

The Deal Solution Architect will play a crucial role in driving the solution design and architecture for strategic deals and proposals. This individual will work closely with sales, technical teams, and clients to understand business challenges and develop tailored solutions that leverage our technology and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate innovative architectural solutions to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to engage with clients during pre-sales activities, including requirement gathering, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams and clients throughout the deal lifecycle, translating complex requirements into actionable solution designs.
  • Work closely with proposal teams to create compelling, accurate, and persuasive proposals and RFP responses that showcase our strengths and value.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, sales, and internal technical teams (e.g., development, DevOps, infrastructure) to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project deliverables.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to enhance solution offerings and position our services effectively.
  • Identify potential risks associated with solutions and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our solution methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or related fields within the [specify industry, e.g., IT services, software development, cybersecurity, etc.].
  • Strong understanding of [list relevant technologies, platforms, and methodologies, e.g., cloud computing, microservices, data architecture, APIs, etc.].
  • Familiarity with enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
