Core Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients who could benefit from your IT services, including app modernization, cloud services, QA, AI/ML, and mobile services.
- Using tools like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking to generate qualified leads.
- Discovery Calls:
- Conducting initial discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs.
- Talking through your services and providing an overview of how you've implemented similar projects, without needing to dive into the technical details.
- Service Presentation:
- Introducing your company and its capabilities, sharing high-level use cases and case studies, and explaining how your services align with the client's needs.
- Offering insights into the projects you've delivered, such as cloud migrations, AI implementations, and digital transformations.
- Client Engagement:
- Facilitating conversations with the client and setting up calls with subject matter experts (SMEs) for more technical discussions or project-specific inquiries.
- Collaboration with SMEs:
- Handing off the client to a technical expert after the discovery phase, ensuring the client receives detailed, solution-oriented discussions from the SMEs.
Required Skills and Qualities:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage clients, explain services, and create interest in follow-up conversations with SMEs.
- Basic Technical Understanding: Not required to be deeply technical, but should be able to understand and discuss services like cloud, app modernization, and AI/ML at a high level.
- Sales Process Experience: Experience in prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and passing leads to technical teams for further engagement.
- Self-Starter with Confidence: Comfortable initiating contact with new clients, discussing services, and setting the stage for follow-up technical discussions
