The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner- APAC will work together to provide the business with the highest quality talent, within the right timescales and at the right cost. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will hold full accountability for all stages of the hiring process, from attraction to onboarding whilst ensuring the candidates have a quality experience throughout every step

Responsibilities:

  • As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you support the strategic direction and governance of the APAC region, specifically Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand etc.
  • You will drive the talent acquisition strategy while also focusing on building diversity by sourcing the right talent for the organization through various job seeker pools.
  • Assess the hiring process and introduce best practices to enhance the positive candidate experience.
  • Write and post professional job Adverts.
  • Coach, challenge, and advise Hiring Managers using market data to inform and influence key hiring decisions.
  • Accountable for proactively building talent pools and pipelines for future recruitment needs identifying new channels and bringing innovative ideas. Keep in touch with candidates who are onboarding to provide relevant information.
  • Engineering Degree in any stream. Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resources preferred.
  • Experience in global recruitment, particularly in the APAC region, is essential.
  • Candidates should have a background hiring for roles related to sales and service engineering (e.g. Field service engineer) among other skills.
  • 7-10 years of experience in end-to-end global recruitment, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates, as well as developing strong relationships with hiring managers to support functions across our businesses in the APAC region. You will be working closely with the local HR Advisors to achieve business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, Seek etc.
  • Working with Global Teams will be of added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Process improvement methodology such as lean Yellow Belt or Green Belt is desired.
