We are seeking a Non IT Recruitment professional with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the job market context in India and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exp: 2 - 5 years
• On laptop and internet connection is must

• Sourcing potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals
• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone and in-person interviews to identify qualified candidates
• Assessing candidate qualifications and matching them with job requirements
• Creating and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements
• Negotiating salary and other compensation packages with candidates
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring practices

• 2-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of the job market context in India
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
