As an HR Generalist you will be the backbone of our HR department, supporting both blue - collar and white-collar recruitment, implementing new HR initiatives, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. This role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, resourceful, and excited to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and on boarding:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for our team.
  • Coordinate and conduct on boarding programs to welcome new hires and set them up for success.
  • HR Operations:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to ensure their well-being and job satisfaction.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Assist in developing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • HR Initiatives and Projects:
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new HR initiatives and programs.
  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts to create a welcoming environment for all employees.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
Qualifications:
  • Candidates from Engineering Educational backgrounds are preferred .

  • 6 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-growing company.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
